Come spend a ceramics afternoon in the Christmas spirit at Liekki Art House ceramics studio and make your own Christmas ornaments!

During the course you will be able to make ceramic Christmas tree ornaments and decorate them with engobes and choose glazes for your pieces. Clay is available for about ten Christmas decorations like in the pictures. You can make completely unique Christmas decorations that you design yourself, but there are also dozens of different ready-made molds available. When making your own unique decorations, I recommend drawing model images on paper so that they are easy to reproduce on clay.

The course price includes one 3-hour course, clay, engobes and glaze, as well as other materials to produce the work, raw firing of your works at 950C and glazing firing at 1240C. The instructor will do the glazing for you, during the course you will choose a glaze for your works from our wide selection of glazes.

During the course, coffee, tea, mulled wine and Christmas treats are available. <3
